Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet our established standards.
- Package products according to specific guidelines, including sorting, labeling, and assembling components as required.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of packaged products, quantities, and any relevant quality control information.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of orders and smooth workflow.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent product quality.
- Identify and report any product defects or issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role is an asset but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to handle delicate products.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet production deadlines.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive motions.
