Responsibilities:
- Perform packing duties in accordance with established guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Safely handle and package elemental products, ensuring proper labeling and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy of packing materials and verify the integrity of the final packaged products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and best practices at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to packing processes and safety protocols.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and adherence to all applicable regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and effective communication with colleagues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in packing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic mathematical skills to accurately count and measure materials.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment as required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions:
