Working Hours: 40 Hours a week

Responsibilities:

  1. Mushroom Harvesting: Carefully identify and pick different varieties of mushrooms based on their maturity and quality standards.
  2. Sorting and Packaging: Sort and clean the harvested mushrooms according to size, appearance, and quality. Ensure that only the finest mushrooms are selected for packaging.
  3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that only fresh and defect-free mushrooms are included in the final product.
  4. Workplace Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Properly use and maintain tools and equipment.
  5. Productivity and Efficiency: Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  6. Farm Maintenance: Assist in general farm maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, sterilizing equipment, and preparing growing areas for future cultivation.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to optimize productivity.

Requirements:

  1. Physical Fitness: Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor conditions, including bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
  2. Mushroom Knowledge: Basic knowledge of mushroom types, their growth patterns, and identification is preferred.
  3. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure the selection of high-quality mushrooms.
  4. Adaptability: Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing work environments.
  5. Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to work scheduled shifts as this role may involve early mornings and weekends.
  6. Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  7. Work Ethics: Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive work ethic.
