- Perform general administrative duties, including answering and directing phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, and spreadsheets using appropriate software tools.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Assist in managing office budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and coordinating training sessions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication within the organization.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
