- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen assistants.

- Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and safety standards adherence.
- Oversee the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet our aesthetic standards.
- Maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is required.
