Job Description: As an Accountant at Recrute Action Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial management and compliance within our organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, from preparing financial statements to analyzing financial data and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Salary: $75,000 to 85,000 annually (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week
Job type: Full Time
Working Hours: 40 Hours a week
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor management.
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing valuable input and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including supporting documentation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, implementing necessary changes as required.
- Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
