Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Poultry Farm Worker. As a Poultry Farm Worker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our farm. You will be responsible for the care and welfare of our poultry, ensuring their health and well-being at all times. This is a physically demanding position that requires working in various weather conditions and requires a strong work ethic and a passion for animal care.


  • Monitor and maintain the health and welfare of poultry, including feeding, watering, and ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • Assist in the handling and transportation of poultry, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
  • Perform routine tasks such as egg collection, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and maintaining accurate records
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns related to the poultry's health or living conditions
  • Follow biosecurity measures to prevent the spread of diseases and maintain a healthy environment for the birds
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition
  • Collaborate with the farm team to achieve production targets and meet quality standards
  • Adhere to all farm policies, procedures, and safety regulations


  • Previous experience working on a poultry farm or with livestock is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Good observational skills and attention to detail to identify any signs of illness or distress in poultry
