Farm assistant

Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Farm Assistant at our agricultural facility in Canada. As a Farm Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our farm operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities. Requirements:

1. Experience: Prior experience working on a farm or in an agricultural setting is preferred but not essential. Willingness to learn and perform various farm tasks is essential.
2. Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Farm work can be physically challenging, so applicants must be physically fit.
3. Knowledge of Agricultural Practices: Basic understanding of agricultural practices, including crop management, animal care, and equipment operation. Familiarity with sustainable farming techniques is a plus.
4. Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and attention to detail to identify crop diseases, pests, or any abnormalities. Accurate record-keeping skills are also essential.
5. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, follow instructions, and maintain records.

7. Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.
8. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
