Working Hours: 40 Hours a week
Your Responsibilities:
- Sorting, cleaning, and preparing fish for processing
- Operating machinery and equipment for cutting, filleting, and packaging fish
- Monitoring production lines to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the processing area
- Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets
- Following all company policies and procedures for hygiene and safety
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the seafood industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling fish and operating machinery
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and adapt to changing production demands
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
